When it comes to heat generation bene is both cost-conscious and environmentally aware. The proof of this can be found on the roof of our head office building in Herterichstrasse in the form of 16 solar collectors with a total area of 100 m².

One of the largest solar energy facilities in Munich, it generates enough power to heat the water and also assist in the central heating. The savings in heating oil achieved by the new combined oil heating and solar energy facility generate a long-term reduction on heating costs of approx. 14 per cent. 

At the same time heating costs had been contained in the truest sense of the word – with a thermal insulation system an a new insulation exterior plaster covering thr whole office building. With this action as a rule up to 60 % heating costs can be reduced. Additionally all windows had been replaced by PVC casement windows with insualtion glass.
