Since 1949 the name bene has stood for quality and experience in the production of medication.

One of our core areas of expertise is in the painkiller sector. Our preparations permit the graduated treatment of mild to severe pain and also fever in all age groups, based on the familiar analgesia scale recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO). One painkiller from bene above all has a long history of success which goes back to 1959: ben-u-ron.

A further sphere of bene expertise is our intensive research into pentosan polysulphate sodium (PPS). The enormous experience we have accumulated in this field has led to the development of numerous PPS-based medications which are used internationally.
